Submission Overview

Here you will find all information for sample submission to our GENEWIZ UK facility in Takeley, Essex. For UK customers, please speak to your Sales Representative or contact our Customer Service Team at genomics.service.uk@azenta.com or 01279 873837, to confirm your options before submitting your samples to GENEWIZ.

All requirements on sample preparation, as well as DNA and primer concentration according to service type, can be found in our Sample Submission Guidelines according to your selected service type.

A. Use a GENEWIZ Dropbox

You can use a GENEWIZ Dropbox and have your samples collected from your location free of charge. When you’re logged into your account and reach the checkout, you will be able to see if there is an available dropbox. The location and pick up times will be displayed.
