HOW TO SUBMIT SAMPLES TO GENEWIZ

Here you will find all information as well as transport recommendations for sample submission for Sanger Sequencing at GENEWIZ. We offer different convenient options for sample pick up or shipment to our European sequencing labs.

We are currently in the process of setting up our European Headquarter in Leipzig, Germany. Until further notice, please continue to submit your samples to our Sanger Sequencing Lab in Takeley, UK as described below. UK customers will not be affected by any changes.

Sample Pick-Up Free Of charge 

Utilize our numerous GENEWIZ DROP BOXES and have your samples collected from your location free of extra charge! Just drop your samples and a copy of your order form in the GENEWIZ DROP BOX before the cut-off time. Call +44 (0)1279 873 837 (or 0811 23 00 01 from France) for your nearest GENEWIZ DROP BOX Location. Contact us if no GENEWIZ DROP BOX is yet available nearby or if you would like to request an alternative shipping method. There are more options to submit your sequencing samples to GENEWIZ.

TNT Courier Service

If no GENEWIZ Drop Box is available nearby, please request a collection by TNT before the cut-off time and specify your exact address of collection via DNASeqUK@genewiz.com for UK customers, by calling TNT Reservation number of your country for the rest of Europe customers.
