1. How To Get a Quote and Order
   
   
   • For Gene Synthesis, Plasmid DNA Preparation and Primer Walking orders, please use your GENEWIZ account or create one.
   • For Site-Directed Mutagenesis, please use your GENEWIZ account or create one. To place an order, please login and click the link for the service you need under "Request" on the "My GENEWIZ" page. Please include a hard copy of your order receipt with your samples or vector.
   • For Custom Cloning, Mutation Analysis, Mouse Genotyping, and other custom projects, please email your request to PM@genewiz.com. One of our technical specialists will contact you regarding your project and will issue a quote.
   • For fragment analysis, please complete a Fragment Analysis Order Form. Email the completed form to PM@genewiz.com and print a copy to include with your samples. One of our technical specialists will contact you regarding your project and will issue a quote.



2. Shipping Instructions
   
   
   • GENEWIZ Drop Box or Refrigerator: Place your samples and a copy of your order form in the drop box or fridge before the cut-off time. Call 877-436-3949 for your nearest GENEWIZ drop-off location.
   • GENEWIZ Courier Service: Request for courier pickup if available at your location. Call 877-436-3949 to find out if a GENEWIZ courier picks up at your site. For San Diego customers within the pickup zone, specify the pickup location when placing your order. Note that GENEWIZ couriers pick up room temperature samples only.
   • If a drop box or courier is not available at your site, ship your samples via overnight delivery service to us at the following location:

3. You will be notified by email when we receive your samples. We will keep you updated on your project's progress.
